Is there a Contract?

No. Membership can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice of cancellation via email.

When Can I redeem my complimentary injection or Add-in?

Complimentary monthly injections and /or add-ons may be redeemed during a scheduled appointment, at any Hydro Hero Pop-Up event or approved networking event.

Do my benefits roll over?

Monthly complimentary benefits do not roll over.

Do I receive discounts on every IV?

Yes. Members receive 10% off all IV and IM therapy treatments while their membership remains active.

How do I cancel and is there a fee?

To cancel send an email to [email protected], 30 days prior to cancellation. There are no cancellation fees. You can resume your membership at anytime.
