Membership Details

Billed automatically every 30 days.
Cancel anytime after the commitment with 25 days notice.
Complimentary monthly injections/ add-ons are redeemable at Hydro Hero pop-up or approved networking events.
Membership benefits are non-transferable.

Is there a Contract?

No. There is a 3 month commitment. After that, Membership can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice of cancellation via email.

When Can I redeem my complimentary injection or Add-in?

Complimentary monthly injections and /or add-ons may be redeemed during a scheduled appointment, at any Hydro Hero Pop-Up event or approved networking event.

Do my benefits roll over?

Monthly complimentary benefits and credits can be rolled over once. A maximum of one banked credit or benefit can be held at one time.

Do I receive discounts on every IV?

Yes. Members receive 10% off all additional IV and IM therapy treatments while their membership remains active.

How do I cancel and is there a fee?

To cancel send an email to [email protected], 30 days prior to cancellation. There are no cancellation fees. You can resume your membership at anytime. If you cancel before the 3 month commitment, there is a fee of $100 and all remaining credits will be forfeited.
